CyberLink PowerCinema is pre-installed on my laptop. When I want to use the photo section of this program, I get an error message saying to reinstall the software because the application encountered a problem. I cannot reinstall the software because I don't have the installation package. What can I do?

You can visit a Software Informer review page of the product in order to obtain an official link to download the software. Click the green Download button, save the file to your computer and install it following the on-screen instructions. If you have issues, I suggest you contact Toshiba Support team.
When I'm trying to use "Photo portion", I receive "We're sorry for the inconvenience, but you need to reinstall to fix this" error message. This was pre-installed on my Tohsiba laptop and I can't reinstall it. I phoned Toshiba for help but their Tech could not help me and they forwarded the problem to a supervisor. What can I do?

Hi I just got a new toshiba computer had it about 2 weeks and mine is doing the exact same thing. I was wondering if you had found an answer yet! Thanks for your help Ann
